Some states have legal guidelines and moral guidelines concerning solicitation and commercial practices by attorneys and/or different Law News professionals. The National Law Review just isn’t a law agency neither is intended to be a referral service for attorneys and/or other professionals. The NLR doesn’t want, nor does it intend, to solicit the business of anyone or to refer anyone to an lawyer or other skilled.
These efforts—which often concerned the web delivery of educational companies and restricted entry to campus facilities—have been met with increased litigation.
